2003
- September: Tesco UK engaged Jam Warehouse to build an automated new product development system.
2004
- February: The South African Department of Trade and Industry selected Jam Warehouse to represent South Africa at the world's leading technology trade fair, CeBIT in Germany.
- April: BrandDirector™ was verified for Microsoft® Windows Server 2003.
- May: Jam Warehouse was certified in the Microsoft Certified Partner Program.
2005
- August: Jam Warehouse launched BrandDirector™ in the South African market after having scored a major success in the UK with leading retailer Tesco.
2006
- January: The eThekwini municipality's intranet and internet portal (www.durban.gov.za) was developed by Jam Warehouse, Bytes Systems Integration and AdaptIT, using open-source tools.
- June: Dutch company Yellowtail partnered with Jam Warehouse to provide online personal financial planning tools for Dutch banks.
- June: Jam Warehouse was awarded Gold Partnership status by Microsoft® after earning high customer endorsement.
2007
- June: Jam Warehouse implemented a custom buying management and planning system for the Foschini group's jewellery business in South Africa.
- June: Jam Warehouse created a SharePoint 2007 solution for online marketing company Acceleration Media.
- July: Leading SA internet service provider, MWEB, deployed a customised content management system designed by Jam Warehouse.
- August: Financial services giant, Sanlam, commissioned Jam Warehouse to develop SanQuote, a key quotation engine application.
- October: Jam Warehouse relaunched the BrandDirector™ marketing operations management suite.
2008
- January: Sanlam's SanQuote was first released.
- May: Jam Warehouse business analysts began consultation work for Foschini Data, continuing until July 2009.
- September: The second release of Sanlam's SanQuote was completed, containing all of Sanlam's endowment and retirement annuity products.
- December: Agile Ideas commissioned Jam Warehouse to begin work on front-end application development.
2009
- March: Woolworths SA deployed Pathfinder 2, first sale of the relaunched BrandDirector™ 4 product.
- May: Sanlam's SanQuote application was released into business as usual (BAU) mode, with ongoing embedded support from Jam Warehouse.
- June: The Home Merchandising Suite (HMS) went live at Foschini @home after more than a year's development work by Jam Warehouse.
- August: South African Breweries deployed a customised version of BrandDirector™ 4, tailored to manage their marketing campaigns.
- October: Tesco UK renewed a service agreement with Jam Warehouse for maintenance and updates to their BrandDirector™ implementation.
2010
- January: Jam Warehouse released version 4.3 of BrandDirector™, including numerous new features and improvements.
- March: South African Breweries deployed a new revision of their marketing-focused BrandDirector™ 4 implementation. At the same time, Woolworths SA deployed a revision of Pathfinder 2.
